These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and onu4d. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets. By accessing or using the onu4d platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the onu4d Platform. This is a strict, non-negotiable minimum age requirement. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. onu4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified to onu4d's satisfaction.
The onu4d Platform is operated for and directed at players residing in Indonesia. You represent and warrant that you are a resident of Indonesia and that accessing and using online betting services is not prohibited by any law applicable to you personally. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. onu4d will close all duplicate accounts associated with a single player and may forfeit any funds held within them.
To open an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number. You must update your Account information promptly if any of these details change. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension.
You are responsible for choosing a secure password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times. onu4d will never ask you to share your password with any onu4d representative, by any communication channel. If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify onu4d's support team immediately via live chat and change your password without delay.
Following registration, onu4d will send a verification link to the email address provided. Your Account will not be fully activated until this verification step is completed. onu4d accepts no liability for any delay in receiving the verification email due to spam filters, email provider delays, or an incorrectly entered email address.
onu4d may require you to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing your first withdrawal or at any point onu4d deems necessary for compliance, fraud-prevention, or identity-assurance purposes. KYC verification typically requires submission of:
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by onu4d may result in withdrawal requests being held pending and, ultimately, Account suspension.
onu4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. onu4d reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 25.000. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and player tier and are displayed within the Cashier section of your onu4d Account at the time of the transaction.
Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfer or e-wallet are credited to your onu4d Balance under normal circumstances within 60 seconds of confirmed receipt. onu4d is not responsible for delays attributable to the player's bank, e-wallet provider, or third-party payment processor.
Withdrawal requests that have passed all applicable KYC checks are processed within 15 to 60 minutes under normal operating conditions. onu4d targets same-session processing for all fully verified accounts. Withdrawal requests submitted during scheduled bank maintenance windows or public holidays in Indonesia (including Idul Fitri and Indonesian Independence Day) may take up to 24 hours.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the onu4d Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. onu4d may require additional verification if the payment method used for a withdrawal differs from the method used for the corresponding deposit.
An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. onu4d reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of up to Rp 50.000 to dormant accounts to cover maintenance costs. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied. Accounts with a zero balance after dormancy processing may be closed.
All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered by onu4d are subject to these General Bonus Terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence. onu4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds credited to your onu4d Account must meet a minimum wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the promotion details. Wagering must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms; unused Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will expire automatically at the end of this period.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slot games, sportsbook bets, and togel draws may contribute at different rates, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed at below-standard odds in the sportsbook, or bets cancelled by onu4d for any reason, do not count toward wagering requirements.
onu4d monitors bonus activity across all accounts. The following patterns may be treated as bonus abuse and will result in immediate bonus forfeiture and may result in Account suspension: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements; participating in collusion with other players to generate bonus turnover; and any other behaviour that onu4d reasonably determines constitutes exploitation of a promotional offer.
New players are eligible for the onu4d Welcome Bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is available once per player, household, device, IP address, and payment method. Full welcome bonus terms are displayed on the promotions page at the time of registration.
Once a bet, wager, or game round has been confirmed and accepted by the onu4d Platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn by the Player. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all selections, stake amounts, and bet types before confirming any wager.
In the event that a sporting fixture, casino game session, or togel draw is cancelled, abandoned, or ruled void by the relevant governing body or onu4d, all affected bets will be declared void and stakes returned to the Player's Account Balance. onu4d will apply industry-standard void-bet rules and its decision will be final and binding.
Sportsbook bets are governed by onu4d's Sportsbook Rules, which are published within the sportsbook section of the Platform. Key provisions include: minimum and maximum bet limits per event and market; rules governing mix parlay (accumulator) bets including minimum selections and voided-leg handling; and live in-play betting rules including the right of onu4d to suspend markets and void bets placed after a significant in-game event has occurred but before the market was suspended.
Live casino games are governed by the rules of the respective game studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi) and are subject to the technical specifications of each game. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round, the outcome of the round will be determined by the game server and the result applied to the Player's Account accordingly.

Where a bet has already been settled at erroneous odds, onu4d may recalculate and re-settle the bet at the correct odds or void the bet entirely at its sole discretion.

onu4d provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While onu4d makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous and uninterrupted service, onu4d does not warrant that the Platform will be free of errors, interruptions, or technical failures. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.
Gambling involves financial risk. onu4d accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred by a Player as a result of using the Platform. The Platform is provided as entertainment; it should never be used as a source of income. No guarantee of winnings is made or implied.
onu4d is not responsible for the availability, reliability, or performance of third-party services including Indonesian bank networks, e-wallet providers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), internet service providers, or game-content studios. Delays or errors attributable to third-party services are outside onu4d's control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, onu4d's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their onu4d Account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Your use of the onu4d Platform is subject to onu4d's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how onu4d collects, stores, processes, and protects your personal data, including the data collected during registration, KYC verification, and platform usage. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
onu4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the Account has been used for prohibited conduct (as defined in Section 8); the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; the Player's activity poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to onu4d; or where required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority.
You may request the closure of your onu4d Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds must be settled. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method following a KYC check, typically within 5 business days of the closure request.
Upon Account closure, your licence to access the onu4d Platform is immediately revoked. You will no longer be able to access your Account history or retrieve any data associated with your Account. onu4d will retain transaction and identity records in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable law.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which onu4d is incorporated and licensed, irrespective of any conflict-of-law rules.
In the event of any dispute between a Player and onu4d, the Player must first contact onu4d's support team in writing via live chat or by email to allow onu4d the opportunity to resolve the dispute informally. onu4d will respond to formal disputes within 10 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter through onu4d's formal disputes procedure, details of which are available on request from the support team.
Any formal dispute proceedings, correspondence, and documentation shall be conducted in English. onu4d may, at its discretion, offer to provide translated documentation to assist Indonesian-speaking players, but the English-language version shall be the legally binding version in all cases.
onu4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, onu4d will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email to the address registered on the Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
